Our metaexposés are constantly being further developed to provide you with the best possible functionalities for successful support in the planning and marketing of your real estate. This roadmap is therefore constantly being updated and expanded so that you have an overview of which interesting features are still to come in the future.

After a long time of work, it's done! We have released the first metaexposé on the Internet. The responses so far have been fantastic. At last, even properties that have yet to be built can be viewed directly on the Internet.
To make the visualizations even more realistic and enhance immersion, we will integrate a feature into metaexposés that allows users to adjust the time of day. This functionality simulates the sun’s movement, enabling potential clients or tenants to better envision the later daily life in the property.
In order to further increase the degree of realism of the metaexposés and the associated immersion, we will implement a weather system. This feature will make it possible to experience rain, sunshine, and snow while walking through a property. It makes it even easier for visitors to connect with the building and imagine what it would be like to truly live there.
We are implementing the ability to configure architectural visualizations. This means users will be able to change the flooring and wall colors within the visualization. This feature not only enhances flexibility during the planning phase but also increases a visitor’s connection to the property. For example, potential clients can customize floors and walls according to their preferences and then share their personalized vision with a partner.
An editor will be created in which planners and investors can furnish the properties themselves.
A simple workflow and efficient creation of our metaexposés are top priorities for us. That is why we will gradually introduce direct import capabilities from architectural and design software into our metaexposés.
The editor will be expanded to allow users to add and edit information about the buildings directly. This will enable the definition of areas where specific information is displayed and the configuration of navigation points, such as those accessible via the “jump to” menu.
